Spain, the country that you must visit

Spain is one of the most beautiful countries in southern Europe; in order to enjoy the best holiday ever, visit it! Visit all its historical monuments, take long walks on the narrow and cobbled streets and enjoy the breathtaking landscapes; you will not regret your choice. Also famous for its coasts and islands, this Iberian country can be the perfect holiday destination.

The wonderful Tenerife

One of the most famous islands in Spain is definitely Tenerife; Playa San Juan is a very picturesque land on the coast of this island. There are some hills and mountains that wait for tourists to admire them. Add the lovely harbour and its views and Playa San Juan will become your favourite place. The whole area is surrounded by plantations of bananas and other exotic fruits. It is more like a quiet holiday resort in comparison with other such resorts in Tenerife: there are few bars, restaurants and pubs but in general the atmosphere is peaceful where you can relax yourself and spend some memorable moments with your loved ones. The beaches are very intimate and the resort is not crowded at all. Although it is not a real tourist resort, the beaches are very organized, the water is clear and the coloured umbrellas will totally enhance your view.

The buildings in Playa San Juan

While visiting this small holiday resort you can admire the old buildings, houses and squares. There are also numerous statues dominating the area; these date back from centuries, serving now as proof of those who once occupied the area: Romans, Phoenicians and Moors, they all had something to say which shows in the architectural style of the buildings. Take pictures of them, feel the fresh air and stop for a coffee in one of the small coffee shops.

The nightlife here

As it is not such a crowded holiday resort, the nightlife here is not so agitated. There are some small bars where you can join a karaoke night, some pubs where you can have a drink and taste the famous Spanish tapas as they come together. If you are not a fan of bars or pubs, then you should know that there are some restaurants which serve traditional dishes. The ones that have fish or other marine living beings as main ingredients will certainly taste great!
